Important Return Information!
Tropical Rider stands behind our products, and your complete customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
So we ask that you please take the time to try on your breeches or other items as soon as you receive them. If the items do not fit as you expected, or you are not satisfied for any reason, please complete the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM instructing us what you would like us to do, and send it back with your items and a copy of the sales receipt, within 30 days.

If your breeches are returned in new condition with the original tags in place, we will be happy to exchange them, or refund your purchase price, whichever you prefer.
However, any used, worn, or laundered items, custom items, or items without the tags may not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. In the rare case this should happen, please call us for a return authorization number, so we may process your return properly.
No matter how well you care for your breeches, unfortunately they will eventually begin to show age and wear. So, we do not warranty damage caused by normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of fabric and colors over extended time and normal use, or damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. Please be sure to follow the enclosed care instructions in order to keep your breeches in great shape!
